What to write to us about

A wrong price or fact

Tell us the page, the provider, what you saw, and what’s correct. A price list with its effective date helps most. Send a correction.

A question about a page

If a guide left something unclear, say so. We use these notes to decide what to rewrite. We can’t give legal, financial or medical advice.

Is Wayfinder free?
Yes. Every guide, price comparison and the Wayfinder Plan are free, with no account needed.
Is Wayfinder a funeral home?
No. We don’t sell funeral goods or services, and we can’t arrange care. We publish local prices and plain-language guides so families can compare before they call.
How does Wayfinder make money?
Our plan is to offer one funeral home or cremation provider per city a clearly labeled partner listing for a flat monthly fee. A partner can’t change the order providers appear in, the prices we show, or what we write. As of September 2026, no provider pays Wayfinder. Details are in our terms and disclosures.
Do you rank funeral homes?
No. Providers are listed alphabetically, and we compare facts such as published prices and services. We don’t rate or rank them.
Where do your prices come from?
From providers’ General Price Lists, phone calls, provider websites and government fee schedules. Each price carries the date we checked it. See our methodology.
Do you sell my information?
